I will begin by saying this. I NEVER leave a review unless it is ABSOLUTELY deserved 100% , good or bad. And unfiltered. As I myself want to see REAL reviews when I am checking out a product or a business etc to know whether or not I want to deal with them. Having said that , as a business owner myself and know the PAINS of running a business and keeping customers happy and reputation where it needs to be to succeed , I will say of CODYS OFF ROAD AND AUTOMOTIVE…… they get a TEN STAR review from me. And I don’t sugar coat things. I was referred to them by a ford dealership if that says anything. I bought a brand new 2023 ford F250 and in the forestry mulching business I pull heavy loads. Heavy. So therefore the factory 331 gears did NOT work well at all. So I went to Cody’s to upgrade the gear set up to 373’s. Wasn’t cheap , but I had their word that they backed their labor and parts. Well , no one ever wants to have to do warranty work as a small business owner. Many times you have to just eat it and it sucks. Well, the first set of gears that they installed were defects from the factory and they crater after about a month WITHOUT HESITATION they had me bring the truck back in , and they quickly ordered OEM Ford 373’s not the aftermarket’s that had originally been purchased. Which the OEMs cost more. They got me in right away and in no time had brand new gears set up for me. I meticulously went through the “ break in “ process by the book. And thank God these gears held up. Well , a year almost later , the bearings went bad. They immediately once again got me in and replaced those aftermarket bearings with OEM Ford bearings. Fixed it perfectly. And on top of it they are GREAT GUYS to deal with. Not the typical jerks at some of the mechanic shops that are out there. I can’t say enough good things about this incredible crew and their trustworthiness , professionalism, Courtesy and care for you as a customer. I would recommend them to anyone they do GREAT work. The issues that I had was just the aftermarket parts failing …. Not their quality workmanship for sure. 100% GREAT PLACE TO DEAL WITH !!!!!

Amazing customer service. Full transparency. Timely work. A good ol' boy attitude.
After a lengthy battle with a shop that hoodwinked me on work, (it's based out of Jacksonville, TX) and taking it to Another big name shop that did nothing for me, I decided to take it to Cody's. They got the work done in a very timely manner, answered every question I had, and worked with me while I went back in forth with the other shop.
I cannot recommend Cody's Offroad enough, and from now on I will exclusively go to them for any work I need done.

Excellent service and professionalism. I came in with a lift request and complete suspension replacement. Walked me through every step of the way and always gave me options. There were no surprises and they weren’t pushy at all. Treated me like a neighbor and long time customer on my first visit. If you need any kind of axle, brake, drivetrain, or suspension work done, this is the place. And…they came in under-budget for me. I will always come back here for major work on my vehicles.
