“As usual, I always do something that causes me to either need repair or accessories, and this was no different with my laptop that I had basically never used, but let other people use and I put a sticky note inside the laptop to remind me of the password, which was not in there anymore and since my husband took my cord, I didn't have a way to charge it so I saw great reviews for these guys took it down, and they were so helpful considering that it was near impossible to get the computer back open again without the original password, they were excellent. They helped me get it ready for my sister who desperately needed the laptop without me having to purchase another one. they helped me with a charging cord. The price was good. I am a customer for life because of the assistance they gave me! money is a big object being retired and they made a difference that day that I desperately needed these guys know what they're doing and I just want to thank them. I also got to meet the owner she was a delightful lady so ....hopefully I won't be seeing them again too soon but when I do, it will be computer time thank you guys again.”
