NOT GOOD IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!!!DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS THIEF!!!!! my husband took 2 rings into him to make me a custom piece for Valentine's and our anniversary. After getting the run around for several weeks and a threat to come get our rings and the money he finally said it was ready. I have never been so disappointed in all my life. He is not worthy of being called a jeweler is is a crook and I wouldn't trust him with my costume jewelry.

Went in to get a bracelet shortened and left with it being longer. The owner obviously didn’t listen to what I was trying to accomplish with my bracelet and the finished product looked like a cheap piece of jewelry.. please take your jewelry somewhere else for quality work and someone who knows what they are doing ..

This summer, paid 1/2 toward a ring there that needed to be resized. In October, I went in to finish paying for the ring and pick it up. He had never resized it, but told me to come back in a couple of days and he would have it. Because of my work schedule, I could not get back until almost a month later. He still did not have my ring ready. He told me to come back in an hour and he would have it, which I was unable to do as I already had a prior appointment. I can understand the ring not ready the first time, but the 2nd time was unacceptable. Once I get my ring, I will not buy anything else here.
