Well my springers aren't the most behaved dogs, but they are now sure pretty and smell good for the holidays, thanks to a great grooming job yesterday! Thank you!

We love this place. We board our Grand-dog Breezy Mae here. She also gets her baths, nails and lots of Love and attention. She's happy to go and not scared. Thank you so much for the love you give her. Breezy is special to us. Our Son rescued her from a local area , some one tied her up and left her to die. So he brought her home and now she has a Fur Ever Home. And Creature Comforts will be her home away from home.

My dog started out coming here just to be groomed. That was going very well. He is a full blood Lab and 2 years old. He is not a designer dog like most to all of the dogs they take in. I asked about daycare and I signed him up for the evaluation. He did good and so I signed him up for two days a week. He was doing great and I asked if I can bring him 3 days a week. He loved it but the vibes I was getting from 2 of the staff members was not good. One lady, I didn't know who she was or her name for 2 months, she never said hello or good morning, NOTHING. She would sit there with her arms folded and with a resting witch face and several eye rolls. I just assumed this was just how she was, a miserable person and hated her job. One day at pick up my husband asked what her deal was and I said that is just her and to just ignore her when you come. That is what I do. Now to Lexi, she must be buddy buddy with the unhappy women. We would come in it was an immediate huge eye roll from her. No greetings, nothing. Now you can for sure tell she hates her job. At this point I was about to say something but I let it go because the other staff members were absolutely amazing. I pre-paid for Christmas boarding, scheduled two other boarding dates and daycare and was having him groomed like every two to three weeks. Nothing was ever said at that point either. Not one complaint about my dog this whole time, just the unfriendliness from those to staff members. Then I got the call right after he was groomed that he can no longer come to daycare because he is to large of a dog and the staff can not handle him (more likely I believe Lexi hates him). She hated seeing us walking in the building. They wanted to get a little more money out of me before they booted him out. They could of said something that morning when I dropped him off. They did offer a training course month ago $3500.00. We were actually going to sign him up after the first of the year for that one. When I picked him up after that call the lady (resting witch face) was an absolute witch and very rude. I can no longer bring him to be groomed or boarding. I was floored! What happened is beyond me. He never bit anyone or any other dog. She said that no staff member could control my dog. When we would come in I had not problems waiting for a staff member to get him and take him back. Lexi was the only one that couldn't do her job and the other lady, she would never get out of the chair to do her job either, besides sit with her arms crossed and eye roll. I asked for the owner to call me and as of now the owner has not and most likely never got the message from the 2 staff members. They would not refund my money the day I picked him up. I paid in cash and they tried to refund it to a credit card or a debit card. And we all know, you pay in cash, you get a cash/check refund. I had to go back the next day to pick up a check. So basically this place is only for designer dogs and small dogs and half of the staff is rude and miserable.

Absolutely love the girls at creature comforts! They take good care of my fur baby for her grooming. Miss Luna is the sweetest but once the scissors and clippers come out….Extremely thankful for the girls being able to handle my fur baby. Even though she’s not the nicest when it comes to her grooming. Would 100% recommend.

Cobe and Dixie Belle had their much needed end of summer grooming today. Melanie did a great job, they looked fantastic! Most of all they left Creature Comforts feeling good, totally relaxed and happy, just tired - as getting pretty is a lot of work. Thx for giving such good care to my fur kids!

The staff is very nice and so is the facility. Mid July we enrolled our puppy in the 15 day training course at a cost of $1595.00. For a retired couple this is a lot of money. Sad to say the results were very disappointing. The two weekends he was their he received no reinforcement training. When we picked up our dog we were given a 9 word command cheat sheet for the behaviors he was trained to do, but he will only do one of these commands (down) with coaxing. I do not like writing reviews but I felt I must to at least give others the opportunity to take their dogs to a facility that training is their main business, not boarding, day care, and grooming.

Our Max is always well cared for when he visits Creature Comforts. He gets so excited to go play with his friends. I have to travel a lot and it's such a relief knowing he's getting great care and is happy to visit.

This is by far the best place I have ever boarded my animals. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats, and they've all been taken well care of when they stay here. I especially like that my dogs can go to doggy day care each day they are boarded. One of my dogs suffers greatly from separation anxiety, and she legit will immediately forget I exist as soon as we walk through their doors. There is no looking back from her or anything. It makes me feel happy knowing they are well taken care of and truly enjoy each time they stay here. I also drop the dogs off every once in a while for just a day of doggy daycare, and they both come home worn out but happy.

We have taken our two dogs, Bella and Peaches, to Creature Comforts for many years. They go wild with excitement in the car when they know I'm taking them there. They are treated wonderfully, and they enjoy playing with their dog friends. The only problem we have is that our dogs don't want to go home when we go to pick them up because they have so much fun at Creature Comforts!

I feel creatures comfort is well managed, has adequate staffing, and has a well maintained facility. My only issue is I have had my cattle dog, Lucky, there for either boarding or day care for a couple of years. She was judged at the beginning of being a private play dog that is given no chance of intermingling with other dogs. The reason was not that she would bite other dogs but she was in some distress commingling. She has grown very accustomed to CC and just feel she should be given another chance to be part of the group. I feel she can overcome that stress particularly with her being a little older.

My westie loves creature comforts more than her own home! It’s her favorite place to go every week.

Would highly recommend Creature Comforts to board your pets or go to daycare! The staff is always very friendly to me and my dog! I also love that they post pictures of the pets. It always makes me feel better about being away from my dog when I see how much fun he is having in the pictures!
