I went in to ask about my phone line upgrade to see what my options were the girls in the store lied to me and told me I had to get the phone there and that I had no other options but when I look online through the app I'm able to do everything I wanted to in order to upgrade my phone. I see no reason as to why they would just blatantly lie. Everyone can save themselves time and just go on line. I don't really even see the need for stores if they are just going to lie to you instead of being helpful. I won't be returning to that store ever again.

Amber is the absolute best. I came in with my two babies trying to get set up with a phone plan, and she went out of her way to help me and even held my daughter for me at one point. She did an amazing job of multitasking and helping everyone in line while also staying with us.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! These people set up in a table in the Dream Center in Longview, Texas claiming to be offering a free government phone and plan so my Mom signed up. They took her name and social security number and never got back with her. When she called this office they hung up on her repeatedly as did the other Longview office... even when she said she was going to report them to the police. The man who was set up at the Dream Center is amazingly never in the store where she can talk to him as well. There are many other reviews out like mine and the main word used in them is Scam.
