I went to the store on Gilmer Road. The young lady was new she had to keep asking the second worker. She started porting my numbers did finish. My phone was still under contract she didn’t offer me a free phone thenI guess she was ready to go. She told me I can get a sims card from Walmart and put it in old phone and the number should work by calling customer service. I started this process on Saturday here is Tuesday only have one line of service and should have 3. Have go to another store and call customer service 3 times to get this fixed. I find out if resolved when I get off work. Never had the much trouble.

The store on Gilmer rd is terrible Don't buy from there . They say there is a no return policy on there phone cases that are very expensive and alot cheaper on the internet.There phones are very expensive also and the employees are not very knowledgeable and need to be retrained. Trying to help someone ahead of time don't go to that location.

The store on 281 loop is nice and people are friendly. The store on Gilmer road has a very rude and uncaring Manager and very few phone selections.
