I have had a great experience with Abby at Crossland all in one Storage. I have three storage units and when I open the doors the first time they all were so clean. They also have a pest control that sprays for bugs. Love that. Abby is so kind and helpful. It is very easy getting in the gate, everything always works no trouble!!!

I rented a 10'x15' unit for almost a year.
I never had any issues. The gate always worked. I setup autopay with my credit card, and I never had a problem with my bill. I was able to cancel my rental with a click of a button on their website. It was so nice to not have to make multiple phone calls or even worse, mail in a move out notice. If I ever have a need to store things in Longview, I will absolutely return to Crossland storage. I was able to maneuver a full-size truck with a 6'x12' Uhaul trailer with no issues.

We needed a unit quickly and they had one available. The customer service is amazing! We will recommend them to anyone needing a storage unit. We had our household things stored for over a year and everything was in perfect condition. I would give them a 10/10.
