I went in just to pick up a prescription and while there I asked for information about the shingles vaccine. My questions were answered by a knowlegeable team member--and while there I ended up getting both the shingles vaccination and the RSV vacccination. I noticed that Team mebers were extremely patient with other customers, knowledgeable, helpful, very pleasant.

The best pharmacy I’ve used. When I had difficulties with my insurance approving medications, they were always willing to help. They knew that I can’t miss a dose of my medication so they always have it in stock or have it at a local warehouse that they can get within 24 hours. If my insurance does not approve my refill they are able to help me with discounts to get the medication at the lowest possible price. Staff is also so nice and knowledgeable.

If I could give a 0 I would. Employees sitting around doing nothing while the line is backed up. Insurance didn’t cover rx so tried charging $200. I had to mention bringing the good rx coupon and even with that her exact words were “Well it’s still probably going to be $90 dollars” I pulled it up and it ended up being $20. Will never come back here!

I would give 0 if it were possible. Last month, one of my prescriptions required a prior authorization, which I was never notified about. Since I was out of town, they gladly allowed my husband to pay over $200 for my script without batting an eye.This month, the system messed up the date in which I had picked up my last prescription. The head pharmacist kept repeating that I had picked it up on a date that was incorrect, then proceeded to raise his voice and called me incompetent. Come to find out, he had it filled and ready to go when I came up there with documentation. His response was “I decided to fill it early.” Save your frustration and tears, and do not use this pharmacy.

I am a totally blind customer of CVS and find that with all of the technology and security procedures in place, CVS is totally ill equipped to deal with blind customers. Everything in the store in terms of procedure and finding products is visually oriented. It is most disappointing.

Never, and I mean never, have I had the absolute difficulty of being able to refill a prescription like this before.Sometimes things happen, such as losing or spilling, and you need a refill sooner.This has NEVER been an issue getting it refilled early, and the man that answered the phone had the absolute gall to completely ignore me, say "you should still have some".Completely ignoring my issue and hung up on me.I don't understand why this specific CVS is so rude and incapable of listening or filling prescriptions properly.When someone is requesting a prescription early, there is a REASON.Stop cancelling it after the system lets someone input it in the first place.Do NOT mess with peoples' medicine when you're absolutely clueless and refusing to listen or consider their situation.I am out and this dude has the nerve to tell me I still have some, when I don't, and hangs up on me and keeps canceling my order, even just leaving one on hold so I can't even input it for order anymore.

I have used this CVS for years. The pharmacy experience was very enjoyable Over the last year I have watched the total decline of customer service at this pharmacy. Today the treatment of all customers in line, by the pharmacist, was so rude I will never go into this CVS again.
