Terry in the shoe department was absolutely phenomenal!! He went above and beyond to make my experience great, and was very great at balancing professionalism with humor and enthusiasm. He walked up and I asked if he had a certain size in a shoe I was checking out and he said, “absolutely not” (in an obvious joking manner), and it made me feel like I was talking to a regular dude, not someone robotic who hates everyone around him lol. I say that in the most positive way, for he made my experience comfortable, and anyone making any purchase should feel comfortable. He’s got a great staff behind him too, everyone was super cool and relaxed ,and if not already, he’d be perfect in a managerial position, for he models what the perfect interaction is like!! Kudos to everyone and I’m glad I stopped by.

Store pickup was fast and awesome customer service was 5 stars poor girl only one cashier and her line got backed up every 3 minutes she had to call and wait for help should be atleast 2 cashiers hanging out by registers

Had the best customer service from Damien in the shoe department. Helped me and showed the shoe color options and size of the shoe I wanted. 10/10 employee someone gave this man a raise.

Extremely nice sporting goods store. Wide selection. Higher than average prices. Seems they employ a lot of children if you're in the parking lot at closing time.

Unfortunately they didn't have the Brand/model golf club I was looking for, but they have a very clean store and employees are almost always friendly.
