Absolute worst store in town. Always out of things when the warehouse is literally 2 miles away. At least 10 times this year it has been closed during operating hours. Just doesn't make sense.

5 starts: The best cashier I have had a a dollar general. He was polite, knowledgeable about the coupons, and VERY helpful meeting my needs. His name is Ethan.
5 stars for the app and coupons.
4 stars: This DG unfortunately is with unpacked merch also, but at least they’re not blocking the aisles like some DG in the ETX area.

I drove to this location this morning at 8:27 am. There is a gentleman standing outside waiting to get in. A car just drove off, and I'm leaving now. I guess they have no one to open the store. I am at this location again on Saturday 11/9/2024 at 10:18 a.m., and the store is not open again. ?

Came in looking for a item asked cashier where item may be and she just pointed in a general area. While I was there another customer came in and this woman came from behind the register and proceeded to help this woman find her item. Cashier I'm talking about is the older woman who is missing some teeth. I'm not playing the race card but my debit card works just the same an my dollars are green also. It's 2024 not 1964. Hope this issue is fixed immediately!

If I could give a 0 I would bc why am I standing at the register waiting to be checked out while your worker is standing in the aisle behind me texting and smiling at her phone and Ik she seen me bc we locked eyes and she looked back down, AND THEN PRECEDED to come behind the register and stand there texting and smiling while I’m standing there just looking at the card reader screen, I would have understood the wait if she was busy or if the store was busy but I was the only customer in there, I shouldn’t have had to spend 12 mins in there for a box of crackers

The Employees are pretty lazy and come to the register on their own time. 9/10 times I go to check out, the self check out is closed and I’m waiting for 5 minutes in an employee listening to music and not doing their job.

When this store first opened it was great, now not so much. The store is dirty and cluttered. Employees are not friendly and rude. Now the new thing is not opening on time. It is 9:30 am and store is not open, it's not a holiday. MANAGEMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE!

No employee work in the register, but there was one in the back that refused to check me out said he didn’t have a cashier then why are you there at work? If you can’t check someone out will not visit the Dollar General ever again.
