Brad and Adam are the absolute best!!! They were very patient and helped me look for just the right vehicle that I could afford and that was also completely reliable, a vehicle that also worked with the space I need. It took over 4 hours to look and take every option into consideration to match my preferences along with safety, I can definitely say I will be referring everyone to these gentlemen!!! They are very understanding and huge blessings, I couldn’t be more thankful!

Do not recommend buying anything from them don is rude and doesn’t want to make it right got a 2019 vw atlas from them and not even 3 days later called them to tell them we did not like the car and wanted something different was told they would get us back in a Tahoe would be a week or two a month went by with the car locking up on the road for no reason it not wanting to shift out of first gear and a few other problems went to don and talked to him he said he would get us in a Tahoe still have the car and the car had more problems went to him again to see if he could make it right and put us in a Tahoe after I droped 4k on a car that doesn’t hardly run and for him to be rude and tell me I should have never signed a contract if I did not like the car and refused to give me my money back and take the car back the car is still having the same problems and they tell us there isn’t any problem with it

I guess they no longer support the USA. Was flying an American flag a few weeks ago. Drive by today and notice it has been replaced with the flag of mexico. Shady shady.

Called them about a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon they had listed on Cargurus for $33,600 but a higher price on their website. I spoke to Adam and asked why the different prices were, and he replied that they do in-house financing, so the price on their website is for that. I asked him to send me a copy of the carfax, and he was nice enough to email me one. But a few hours later, the price on Cargurus was raised to $34,995. That tells me this dealership has shady practices, so be careful buying from them. Needless to say, I did not buy from them. I actually found a certified one from a Jeep dealership for $34,495, and it had fewer miles on it!

Bought a truck September 6 2024 didn't have it a week started having problem 4000 dollars worth of issues called back to the place to speak to Adam but they tell me he's always out this is a bad place to but a vehicle

Dakota was absolutely amazing today after 4 or more hours of working with the bank and myself he was able to get me and my husband into a beautiful SUV!!!! Went above and beyond and even found us a better bank to use with a better deal and lower payments!!!! This will be the third vehicle that we have purchased from Don's. We have been pleased with each vehicle we have ever gotten so when it was time for an upgrade on the family vehicle they were definitely out first choice to go to!! Hands down we will definitely be using Don's Auto Sales for future purchases as well!! Definitely recommend them for decently priced nice used vehicles. And as I have said before Dakota was absolutely amazing go see what he can get you and your family in if your looking!!!

I bought a car recently, a 2019 Atlas Volkswagen which a guy name Dakota sold it to me for 27k on 11/21/2023, the car was good for three weeks, all of the sudden, lots of the dash board lights started coming on , I took it to Dons auto so they could tried to figure out what was wrong with it , they had it for almost two weeks and according to them , they took it to get it fixed at the Volkswagen dealer in longview., I pick up the car on Friday the 11th of January 2024, by the next morning on Friday my wife was fixing to head out to longview and the car didn't start , I called Don auto and a guy by the name of Adam answered , he seem very helpful at first but the car back with more lights on the dash board as before , so I am to the point of taking this guys to court due to the fact that their taking peoples money and theirs cars are not even functional . I do believe this guys don't do a very well repaired before selling them .This kind of people need to really get a lesson from the justice department .. please guys what ever you do, don't buy a car from Dons Auto Sales , if you do , you will get rip off..

Mr. Dakota was wonderful! He helped me and my family get a good vehicle at a very good price. Very upfront and honest with his sales and makes you feel seen unlike other car lot salesmen. He really explained everything and within a day we was in a good reliable vehicle and very ver very happy with our new purchase!
