Just bought my first home using ECU. I was appointed Kimberly C as my loan officer and she did an outstanding job! She made the process of getting the home very simple and even helped me find not only cheaper but better home insurance. I would highly recommend ECU for your bank needs.

Very bad experience, no explanation needed let's just say me, my family and my friends have all agreed we will never use Eastman Credit Union again. I have a big family and alot of friends so that is a big loss on thier end. Although the staff is very nice the management is horrible and unprofessional. Too bad they can't be more like their workers that they manage.

This branch in Pine Tree is Not! I say! Is Not properly trained Branch. I believe it starts with re training with the branch manager and then should work it's way dwn the ladder. Over all I believe Eastman Credit union is good. The other two facilities here in Longview are Awesome! If you decide to bank with Eastman Credit union. Please avoid the branch in Pine tree. They will cover up there mistakes and try to comfort you with special privileges moving fwrd so you do not dwn play there system they have there. So I give this branch in Pine Tree a 1 star. Because they are terrible. Thank you!
