Ryan helped me get into a car that was 10x nicer then what I had and had me in and out in a hour, had a couple small issues after purchase but he made sure it was taken care of with no questions asked! Will be back to purchase car #3 from him when the time comes!

Worst place to purchase a vehicle from I put down 5000 for a 2016 Tahoe made my payment every month of 650 on time
1 the Cadillac converter went out they helped with that I still had to pay to get it fixed but was only 500
2nd the transmission went out as im driving down the highway way im pregnant 8momths Pregnant with a car full of kids on the highway
Called to see if they would help fix it since I haven’t even had the car a year and it was a no
not I’ll check I’ll ask
nothing no care for the customers or the fact I have a whole big family depending on me to take them to school and therapy I have a autistic child that goes to therapy every day Monday through Friday and now I’m just without a vehicle because I can’t afford a transmission

First off , I don’t know who this is with this number , harassing me and my fiancéewith such a nasty attitude (they refuse to give their name )but we are never more that 25 days behind on our car note. This company sold us a lemon car that had “check engine lights “ on within the first day of purchase and needed a new motor (will post picture soon ) we had to spend over 2100$ for a rental along with the 279$ diagnostic and wasn’t reimbursed or showed leniency for our out of pocket costs. We continue to get threats about our vehicle getting repossessed and I’m pretty sure it’s not everyone who works there but a certain person. I feel strongly that they should reprimand this person or either get rid of them , it’s going to cost them so much in the near future . I want to like this place so bad but one bad apple spoils the whole bunch in this case . I’m trying my very best to avoid legal action . Definitely considering refinancing and washing our hands with this place , we are HUMAN BEINGS.
