Worst place to purchase a vehicle from I put down 5000 for a 2016 Tahoe made my payment every month of 650 on time
1 the Cadillac converter went out they helped with that I still had to pay to get it fixed but was only 500
2nd the transmission went out as im driving down the highway way im pregnant 8momths Pregnant with a car full of kids on the highway
Called to see if they would help fix it since I haven’t even had the car a year and it was a no
not I’ll check I’ll ask
nothing no care for the customers or the fact I have a whole big family depending on me to take them to school and therapy I have a autistic child that goes to therapy every day Monday through Friday and now I’m just without a vehicle because I can’t afford a transmission

This is the worst experience I've ever had buying a car from a dealership.. They sold me a lemon.. I got the car 4 months ago and only had it a total of 27 days .. They keep making me pay a car note that's not in my possession..They won't help me by just letting me trade the car in for another while they try to figure out what's going on.. This place a scam🚩🚩🚩.. Well thanks to Mr. Trevor Freeman got me back rolling.. No one seemed to want to help me until he got hired.. Thanks again 💯💯

Do not buy a car here they sell lemons to unknowing customers with no conscious. Traded in my avenger for a rogue that the transmission went out in less than a month. Now the ac is out on it and they refuse to do anything. Sold me a lemon and now won’t let me trade it in without another down payment. Already have to give them an unreasonably high down payment on the lemon they sold me. Avoid this dealership at all cost, just buy new it’s Bette run the long run.

Racially exterminated against Worst car buying experience ever when I went in to buy my dream vehicle Porsche Panamera first red 🚩 the owner came in to meet me gave me a handshake, wiped his hands off repeatedly after shaking my hand I put a huge amount down on the vehicle after paying my down payment , they withheld my tags from me saying that I needed to pay more towards my car payment after paying a down payment for the vehicle which was a extremely large amount of money they also threaten to repossess my car gave me 24 hours to come up with a car payment or they were repossessed my vehicle I was told that I was not given a grace time They cannot do that for me. that was the first attempt to repossessed my vehicle Second attempt was over $50 that was on pay. I got a phone call saying that my car was out for repossession for $50. The receptionist told me she don’t care if it was two dollars they were still repossessed my car because this old mind you my car payment is up-to-date paid on time. I was told several times by the employees that I couldn’t afford my car payment which was never behind. It’s not the fact that I can’t afford it because my annual income is more than anyone that works for that dealership is the fact that they feel that I shouldn’t be able to afford it passenger judgment on me because of my race my car buying experience I would recommend anyone that’s of my race to do business with them it will be totally unappreciated

Horrible. Nothing is right about this place. Buying the car I’ve always wanted. Cake. Getting the plates and registration, it’s been 4 months. I bought my jeep in February and it’s June. Still no plates. This is my THIRD temp tag. Not once has anyone reached out to me about updates I have to drive there to get one since the salesman, Ryan on Cotten St to be exact, has stopped replying to texts.

Takes advantage of vulnerable ppl and knew about the problem before they even gave me the vehicle traded in a nice truck to be stuck walking pregnant loosing Job and nearly home because they don’t want to pick up phone purposely avoiding me. Had been put on hold by Ryan my friend called and he answered so quickly. I have valid proof of the vehicle having problems prior which is under deceptive law act. And if problems not resolved I will be seeing them soon to assure this gets resolved
