5 guys needed fittings for a coat, after getting their measurements was told the coats would be here 2-3 weeks before wedding. The coats came in finally 9 days before wedding and NOT ONE COAT FITS!

Very good customer service. Very professional and helpful. Catered to everything that we needed. The alteration lady was perfect. She took her time with us and was very patient. She helped us get exactly what we needed done. The dress looks amazing. We are so thankful that we use them for alterations.

We popped in here looking for a tux for my grandson’s prom. Extremely professional and proficient service. Emily greeted us when we walked in and walked us through the process and pricing. She gave us the out the door pricing with everything included! She did not try to upsell or switch us to higher priced offerings. This is a small shop but with a variety of styles of both prom/homecoming dresses and wedding dresses. They even had a nice selection of flower girl dresses. Seriously I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Just a lovely experience all around!! You can surely find something you’ll like at Emily Rae’s Boutique!

This place is AWFUL. I came in hoping to find a prom dress with my boyfriend and left feeling disappointed and violated. When I first came in I was greeted and welcomed. The lady asked if I needed any help finding anything, and I told her I was there to look at prom dresses and just get an idea.I told her my size(00,0), a general idea of what I was looking for, my budget($300), and something where I can come into the store and take it home that day, not something I have to order online. I wanted something that was more on the simpler side. I told her I wanted to stick with muted pastel colors or dark colors and nothing neon or too over the top. I didn't have a preference for shape. We picked out some dresses and the girl didn’t listen at all to what I was wanting. she kept choosing things that were too bright and very over the top she chose a pink neon beaded dress which was exactly what I was trying to avoid. I found some dresses I liked and went to go try them on in the room she assigned me too. I put the dress on and came out to show my boyfriend. She was waiting outside ready to help me see what alterations would fit the dress and everything and help me see if I got it zipped up all the way. Everything was okay until I went back into the dressing room to go and take it off. She followed me in and took off all the clips. I was okay with that until I realized she UNZIPPED the dress without ASKING. she left after I thought okay whatever it’s not that big of deal. until I got the dress off. She told me you can hand me the dress when you get it off through here opening the side slit in the curtain wide enough to see me half naked. I felt VERY VERY VERY uncomfortable. Most places will just wait until you’re clothed and come out to grab the dress or ask if your dressed to grab it .After I got out my boyfriend could tell I felt super violated and said we should leave. I don’t believe there was any harmful intentions behind it, but I left feeling violated and extremely disappointed. This place really needs to retrain their employees.
