I had a great experience with this store. I rented a car for 2 days and was very happy with the service. Specifically Kendle, Chalina, and Brandon were very helpful. They made the process easy and were the nicest people. They each made sure that I was taken care of. The next time I need to rent a car I will use this place again. I’ve rented cars at other companies and they were not near as professional as Enterprise. Hopefully I get the chance to deal with this staff again. Thanks for the great experience!

I had a problem with a Enterprise sister rental company. I called Zee and after hearing the story she quickly told me to being the car to them, no problem. I had been on the phone two days trying to resolve the issue. Zee made it so easy to resolve the issue. Great service with a big happy smile.

The employees of the Spur 63 location were friendly & efficient. They made everything easily understood. I would love to buy the rental I had. It was very nice, clean, like new.

If possible, avoid this Enterprise Rental location. The HWY 259 North site is a much more enjoyable experience. The difference must be the local manager at Spur-63 and Cotton Street.
Spur-63 experience
1. There is on-site no parking available to leave your car when taking a rental. Clients are told to park at Kroger, which is a good walk up the road.
2. The wait times are ridiculous. When I arrived to pick up my car, I waited 30 minutes. I rent cars nearly every day of the week at other locations across the US and never wait. BUT, returning the car was terrible. There were 20 people inside waiting to get their cars, some had been waiting for a couple hours or more. I waited nearly an hour just to return a vehicle.
3. I was supposed to get a car comparable to a VW Jetta and they tried to put me into a Nissan Versa. I said, no, I'm not gong to drive that little thing around and asked for something the same size that was reserved. I waited some more and finally a larger car was returned and was given that one.
Hwy 259 North experience
I arrived, parked my car on site, walked inside, got the minivan I selected on line, signed the contract, and drove away in 5 minutes. Returning was seamless. It took 15 minutes since there were 3 others returning at the same time.
I will not use the Spur-63 location again even though it is twice as close to my home.
