The WORST delivery Trucking service EVER!! They will even HIDE the movement of your package to cover up for their NONSENSE. If I ever see this name again on ANY delivery..I will cancel. They picked up a packages and take their time to delivery it. I'm still waiting.

Who ever was dragging trailer number 527420 by Houston on 7-10-2024 at 4pm is a dumb/ ima keep it civil but this guy should not have a cdl if he doesn’t know where he’s going nor does he know how to check his dam mirror he almost caused me to hit the dam barrier. WORST experience ever with a trucking company!! The driver, Jeffery, called me to tell me he was there & immediately started complaining about the drop-off location. Since the location for drop-off was closed, I headed over there (5 minute drive). Jeffery started lecturing me on the proper way to request a delivery. I told him I had been having deliveries here for the last 4 years and this was the 1st time there had been an issue. He refused to deliver the pallet into the unit and dropped it off at the entrance. He said that I didn't request a drop off inside a building and his equipment wouldn't fit down the hallway (same equipment other companies had used in the past). He dropped 2 pallets off at the entrance to the building and I ended up having to unload both pallets and manually carrying the cases to the unit. I have complained to the supplier and hopefully will never have to use Estes again!!!

Waiting 3 days for my freight. At least they attempted to contact me when they didn't deliver. Is what it is. Said they would try Monday and I never heard a word. Finally had to call them on tuesday morning. The appointment option is a deadend.

From my experiences, we have always had good luck with Estes making deliveries. Of course, the driver is going to have everything to do with each person’s experience. It is completely hit or miss when it comes to the truck driver you get because there is a shortage of good experience drivers. They are good about getting our freight to us on time and our local driver is friendly.

I had a scheduled delivery for 3/10/2022. The driver called that morning to state he could not deliver to my house and asked if someone could meet him in town to pick up. My husband took off work, missing approximately 30-45 minutes of pay to meet the driver. I called Estes Express the next morning to ask for some type of compensation as they did NOT deliver and I'm quite sure THEY got paid for delivering. The person I spoke to (Brian) said no, there was nothing they could do. He stated it was up to each individual driver to deliver to a certain address or not. If we could not meet them, they would send my product back to the original company I purchased from for them to make other arrangements for delivery. Brian offered no solutions, no refund of any sort and quite frankly didn't seem to care. Apparently, Estes Express gets paid whether they actually deliver or not and they care nothing about customer service. What a great way to run a company! Good job Estes. I'll be sharing my review with every social media platform and contacting everyone in your company from the branch manager in your Longview, Texas location to the COO and President located in Virginia. You haven't heard the last of me! Have a great day! Thanks for NOTHING!

They lost 31 door frames and after waiting on hold for twenty minutes I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I will tell all futures vendors to ship with anyone but ESTES. This has put my project back at least 3 weeks for completion.i can't belive how unconcerned they were.
