I went in the store today around 4:40 pm to purchase a salad and your employee Brandy rang up my purchase of $8.66. I paid with a $100 and Brandy counted out my change, not to me, but laid it all on the counter including the coins, while I’m standing there with my hand out. I asked her why she didn’t give me my money back the same way I gave it to her and her response was “O I’m sorry” still waiting for her to pick it up and hand it back to me. She just looked at me.
