My husband & I were checking out with the assistant manager & she was terrible. My husband is disabled & has a certain way he likes his items bagged. She was being short with him until he finally brought it to her attention that she was bagging dog treats with household chemicals. After I said she shouldn't be raising her voice at my husband she refused to finish our transaction. It was about $50 worth of items she lost for the business .. Just from us. I wonder how many others she turns away for a simple thing like how they want their items bagged.
Super whiny lady. I think she was upset that she got called up front to check customers out. It was messing up her stocking the shelves. I realize how stressful it is to get everything stocked on time but it's Friday & there are clearly not enough people scheduled to work. I don't know how she's an assistant manager with the crappy attitude she had. Again she lost the store $50 in one transaction.

They are always so nice. EVERY dollar tree only has 1 person running the registers, so be patient, or don't go. I mean that with the upmost respect.

Need to teach representatives about giving customers answers without attitudes. Exactly why I go to Dollar General. Way more friendly. Won't be back.

I've been giving this store my business for quite some time and just went in with my granddaughter to get some snacks and had the most Unpleasant encounter with the manager or someone staying they are. I don't know if she was angry about having to work,or Valentine's Day issues in general and was stressed and needing someone to take it out on or what...She started on me about how my items were placed on the moving belt that she was controlling before I could even say a word. Then actually turned to a Karen at the blink of eye when I would not be shut up when told after she is cursing me,to kept just talking reckless and crazy to me. Then threatened to lie to her boss and call the police for no reason. So there it is trying to weaponized the cops against a peaceful person speaking up for themselves against her tirade.She then follows me outside to keep the lie up when me and the customer behind me were talking about what happened and threatened to call the police for me doing that. Bad business overall. I'm over this location, I shouldn't have to deal with this level of drama and lies at a business. And throwing in a racially motivated threat to try to get me in trouble for no legal reason was too much!!

Won't be back . Was there Dec 18, stood in line waiting on the cashier while she texted on her phone. I was just standing there. Then she takes the hand held car moves it across the register and shoved it in front of me.Then wants me to put it up as I left. If you only had 2 customers and time to be on your phone at work then you shouldn't be asking customers to put the hand held buggies up. The one on Estes over charged me after I stood in a mile long line. The one on Gilmet the cashier has no customer service skill and didn't seem like she wants to work.

There's nothing worse than a person on a power trip! I had my receipt and brought back a sign that the small nails had come out of to this store to switch out. After I went and got a different sign and got a few more items I went back to the register and the woman, I think named Kelly, didn't want to return my sign. She stated that she wouldn't have if she had noticed it at first and that they didn't sell broken stuff but I literally was there a few days before and bought a Halloween tree that the lights didn't work. Then she made sure not to give me the receipt so I couldn't return anything else but I didn't notice because she had irritated me by making unnecessary and untrue comments like the Dollar Twenty Five Tree doesnt sell cheap broken stuff all of the time.
