Won't be back . Was there Dec 18, stood in line waiting on the cashier while she texted on her phone. I was just standing there. Then she takes the hand held car moves it across the register and shoved it in front of me.Then wants me to put it up as I left. If you only had 2 customers and time to be on your phone at work then you shouldn't be asking customers to put the hand held buggies up. The one on Estes over charged me after I stood in a mile long line. The one on Gilmet the cashier has no customer service skill and didn't seem like she wants to work.

There's nothing worse than a person on a power trip! I had my receipt and brought back a sign that the small nails had come out of to this store to switch out. After I went and got a different sign and got a few more items I went back to the register and the woman, I think named Kelly, didn't want to return my sign. She stated that she wouldn't have if she had noticed it at first and that they didn't sell broken stuff but I literally was there a few days before and bought a Halloween tree that the lights didn't work. Then she made sure not to give me the receipt so I couldn't return anything else but I didn't notice because she had irritated me by making unnecessary and untrue comments like the Dollar Twenty Five Tree doesnt sell cheap broken stuff all of the time.

My husband and I stop at different Dollar Tree stores across the West Coast when we're in the Mainland, and your customer service in your store is by far the best!!Kelly was very helpful. Love going here. The employees make you feel welcome and thank you Ms. Shelby for showing me where I could find what I was looking for!! Very professional and I appreciate you!!! I'll be back!! And to the one that gave a bad review, if you're not from here then maybe they don't do things like we do here because as bad as things are, those people that work there are only doing their job. Their are more dishonest people then there are honest and if you fit the profile, maybe go back to where you're from. Then you want to profile saying one is a "masculine" female like where the hell are you from....

Picked up 6 items off a $1.00 shelf along with a few $1.25 items. The $1.00 items rang up as $1.25 and the store refused to honor the $1.00 price. Additionally, they could not delete the items off the purchase and had to void the entire transaction and start over. I will not pay more than $1.00 for items on the $1.00 shelf.

Saw a bad review about one of your checkers Kelly...I don't know what that lady's problem is but I shop there regularly and Kelly has always been nothing but awsome,friendly and helpful.So maybe she should heed the signage and stop asking for cash back.

I went in this evening and just witnessed the manager I believe, and cashier going back and forth with a couple in a rude manner accusing them of stealing and completely ignoring the fact that they had customers waiting. Very poor, unprofessional behavior. Reported!

The cashier named Kelly berated a woman who requested cash back, because the woman couldn't read the sign saying 'No Cash Back'. The woman indicated to the cashier that she cannot read English. The cashier screamed "no comprendo" at the woman while violently hitting the covid divider. The MOD supported the cashier's behavior, stating that the woman is rude to them when she shops there and that "she absolutely can read English, she's just playing dumb." I witnessed all of this, and am disturbed and appalled at this blatant and mean display of racism. I've called corporate and filed a written complaint.
