But I was very grateful to her."
I don't speak English, but she was in charge of enforcing the discount that the store had on the day I visited the store

I was looking to purchase 3-4 pairs of shoes. I had selected one pair and was trying on another pair of shoes. An employee of the store walked up to a white female customer that entered the store after myself and asked the white customer if she was finding everything ok? None of the employees asked me if I needed help nor was I asked if I needed assistance. I put the pair of shoes I selected and the pair I was trying on back on the shelf and exited my beautiful black self out the door and vowed never to return to this store to spend my hard earned money again. Even if I was going to purchase one pair of shoes. I should have been welcomed to be in the store.

All of the kids found the shoes and socks they wanted. The ladies were friendly and bagged the kids items separately and they were able to carry their own items out.

No employees to help with sizes for kids,no one offered help and only when asked they pointed in general direction. Never came over to be of help. Store has went down hill
