Very friendly staff. Went there with a FedEx return and no physical label. They printed one, added a packing list, sealed the box and sent the package for me at no cost to me. The UPS store wanted to charge for everything. I guess they don't like FedEx or maybe it's just me they don't like.

Drove 50 miles to this location from my home, as it's the closest full service location. Online it said they close at 6pm. On the door it says they close at 6pm. I am here at 4:01pm and it's all locked up and closed down. Thanks for nothing.

I had a complicated bulletin with pictures and multiple pages that I was trying to print on the self serve copier. I ask several dumb questions that were answered with very polite and helpful responses. Finally, Lisa the store manager said would you like for me to print this Bulletin for you and fold it. She upgraded my paper and did all the work in less than 10 minutes. Kudos to FedEx!

Had three packages shipped to me from same company all to the same address only two made it according to FedEx the third was a failed shipment don't know why can't get any answers how did FedEx manage to mess this up? My only assumption i can make at this time is sheer incompetence on FedExs end

Celita assisted me with passport pictures. She was an absolute delight to work with. If you need a passport picture and you don't want it to look like a mugshot, go to Fedex on the loop and stay far far away from Walgreens and CVS. Fedex is cheaper and sooo much better!

Stopped in here to get some copies printed. The lady working showed me how to do it. It was great,not expensive. Even though it was above my pay grade. This business is fantastic. Have had packages dropped off here to pick up. No problems at all. The lady working here is fantastic
