Busy location but well worth the wait. Very clean and organized shop and show room.
Mateo was very friendly and informative. He helped me pick out a nice set of tire in my budget. They were installed the same day. A shout out for Jimmy for taking me and my service dog home and picking me back up when they were finished with the install. I highly recommend this business.

Sick of going for a oil change and being told I need $2,000 worth of other things. Their employees are nothing but salespeople..... Have a car with less than 20,000 miles and everytime I go for anything they try to take advantage of females by saying you need high dollar things done. Not going back ever....

The nicest and most helpful employees I have ever had the pleasure of working with when going to get my tires fixed. Not to mention I was quoted 400 dollars for a single tire elsewhere and Firestone was able to help me for a fraction of that! Thank you!

Got me in same day. But when your truck is the only one in there it shouldn’t take 2.5 hrs for a rotate and balance. Fully recommend just dropping your car off if you use them.

Go somewhere else. I was quoted a 30 min time for my tire replacement. I have been in the car industry for a long time so I know 30 min is not realistic so I understand that it will take longer. We waited for 4.5 hours to mount and balance 4 wheels. We could see the lady working on our truck she would work for a little bit then would take a long smoke break and eat. Work for a little bit more do the same thing. There was only 1 other vehicle in the whole building. Absolutely ridiculous.

KATIE hands down THE BEST!! She definitely has PATIENCE!
She fixed my vehicle after walking away from it because of the mistakes MADE BY BIG 5 IN MARSHALL TEXAS with absolutely NO COMPLAINTS NO ATTITUDE she explained every mistake detail for detail also sending pictures of the CRAP she was having to fight with and correct!! REWARD KATIE!!!
Also the gentleman that works the front counter is very patient, answered questions with no problems!!!!

The customer service was great the only issue I had was the technician put too much air into my tire. It was a new technician and he is still learning and definitely understand. Will always be the place i get my tire issues fixed. Thank you all again for a great experience

So they talked me into buying a yearly alignment but never have time to do one. Had time one day but blamed every issue on tires to keep from having to do the alignment. This store is the worst never had these problems at the store on the loop which is where I will be going from now on thanks Mike.
