While to wait wasn't long I noticed there's not any vending machines or drink machines in the area. Sometimes, I've had to wait hours on front end work and there's nothing to eat or drink. Vending machines.....everything else is good.

I arrived at this location(Longview TX- near Judson) around 2pm and thought I would be there for a while. I advised what I needed and it was done within an hour and a half. Both guys were very professional and helpful with my needs.

Got my alignment done here I felt like they didn't do anything to fix it. I needed cv joints was told I would get a price to fix it but no email was sent. I won't be going back here ever again

Firestone is amazing. Just got done getting my car fixed at Firestone, because another shop couldn't balance the wheels correctly after installing new tires. NTB installed new tires and added over 3 pounds of wheel weights and my car shook like a massage chair riding down the road. Brought it over to Firestone and asked for help getting the balance on the tires corrected. All the guys at Firestone were super helpful and friendly. Got me on the road with a car that rides smooth again. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. If your vehicle needs service come see to Firestone first and you will have a great experience!

They done a great job and was very polite. I haven't been there in years and had only taken my current car to the dealership. They discovered that the oil filter had been put on way too tight. They stopped work and let me know the situation and the cost if the part were to break. They asked if I wanted them to proceed knowing the risk. I decided to move forward and the technician was able to remove the part without it breaking.
