I got a money order, went here to just deposit it. Was told I had to wait 24hrs for it to clear "fine..." deposit it, was told no we can't, have to wait 24hrs.... what? Just deposit it...no we cant... wth is going on...just deposit it already. ?

DO NOT use this bank if you use venmo, cash app, etc. They will hold your money til next day leaving you with no access to the funds you need. So much for instant transfers.

By far the worse bank to deal with. Not the actual people who work at the bank but the company itself. Randomly my card starting showing money in my bank when I had spent money (but I am never one to keep an eye on that stuff) if I wanted to write everything down I would have gotten a check book instead so now Randomly after having this bank for a few years my card all of a sudden had me signed up for overdraft. Then they refuse to do chargebacks and disputes because it's inconvenient for them. They do not care about us as costumers but only as a paycheck.

Branch never answers the phone loval or the 800 number! Information received is correct! My bank app never coincides with what’s actually in my account, the employees never seem concerned about the customers needs, or time!!!

I’m about this close to switching banks I’m so tired of having problems going on and I’m sitting on the phone trying to get ahold of someone for an hour and I still never hear anything but a recorded message! And all I need is a USERNAME for my account. So tired of going through this much for this bank and it isn’t even worth the effort.

Worst bank I've ever had dealings with. I've had fraudulent charges on my account three times. This bank said they would take care of it. Well guess what they never did anything about it. This bank isn't concerned about it's customers period. I'd highly recommend going somewhere else before you make the mistake of banking here .

This a great bank. I've never had any problems with the 4th Street Walmart branch. The ladies there are always quick, courteous, and friendly. In my 43 years, it is the best bank I've ever used and I get my paycheck a day early with direct deposit! Nothing but good things to say.

I hate this bank. I never know how much I get til the day I get paid(used to tell me the day before or 2 days prior). The bank used to answer the phone (waited on hold for over half an hour multiple times and ended up hanging up cause noone answered). My card overdrafted so i went to go pay the fee and the lady didn't tell me how much I does or what my balanced was. She didn't even took at me just took my card and then gave it back saying have a nice day. I am still missing 50 from my account and they don't answer now. Definitely closing my account today.
