Wonderful customer service!! I have been looking for an exclusive item and they took down my information and actually called me whenever it came in and set up a time for me to go pick it up! They went out out of their way to make sure that I got what I wanted and all customer service advocates in the store were really nice when I was in there. They are all very helpful.

I was visiting my cousin in Longview, Tx. My cousin had taken me to my very first 5 Below. There I’ve met a considerably nice lady. She showed great knowledge of the items in the store and their location. I sincerely want to commend Sarah, who was working on Monday, February 17th, around 1:45 PM. Please let her know that she is absolutely recommended for my 10 star kudos!!!

Just left five below and the worker cadence was in such a hurry to close store she turned off lights at 8:45 we were trying to check out and needed help and I had to yell ma'am 3 times to get her attention because she was on her phone! Told her thank you and have a good night upon walking out and she said absolutely nothing!! Very rude
