Absolutely terrible experience with this company.
Shoddy work, bad morals and tried to scamming me everywhere they could. Had them install a transmission and within a month it already broke down. They sent me on a wild goose chase to figure out how to get it fixed and were absolutely no help at all. Even with the warranty they provided I didn't get to use it at all. There were so many stipulations that didn't even pertain to repairing it. Just wasted almost 2 months and almost $20k. I would %100 steer clear of this company. That don't care about you at all and just they just want to squeeze you for every penny you have. If I could put in a zero star review in, I would put in 5 more.

Jordan and the techs helped literally save our family company! I had the truck towed there. Justin jumped on it right away. We had the part late after they closed. She had her roadside tech come out, and man, he worked tirelessly trying to get it running. Then the other one worked all morning. I was blown away!!!!
By the next day, I was losing hope. The load needed to be in NC that day. She saw Kenworth needed to come out and called them out before I could even get back to the shop to find the reason it's still in debate. After a few more parts, it cleared derate and regened. They treated us like friends helping friends, and we just met them.
If you want an honest shop come here! You know they are damn near impossible to find. Her techs will find the issue immediately and tell you. Not pretend to not know to charge more diagnostic time. We are barely making it out here, and it's good to know about the shop that understands that.

We limped into FleetPride of Longview TX. The Allison transmission in our diesel pusher motor coach would not shift out of 1st gear. Manager Justin Cooper and his team went above and beyond to take care of us. Allison transmission issues in an RV is not their "normal customer" so Justin searched the local area and recruited expertise to fix our problem. He could have just dismissed us outright, but he did not. He cared about our situation, thought outside the box and found a way to get us going again. In today's world, how awesome is that? Thanks again Justin, lead tech Christian and service advisor Jordan. You guys are awesome!

Had a brake chamber weld on front axel of trailer break apart. Call ahead from Henderson to got me in right away. Friendly office help was greater a a smile. The mechanic Austin had use back on the road in under an hour great job. Very happy with service done here.

Came in last evening with water pump issues. The whole team was great. Quoted me quickly with parts cost, and first thing in the morning got me in for the repair. Great shop to work with and excellent staff here. Would definitely recommend for repairs/service. Will definitely be back. Thanks for the prompt service.
