They patiently and compassionately assisted us with preplanning some months ago and then took care of everything exactly as planned when my mother went to Heaven. Charles Rader expertly and thoroughly handled our initial visit himself since Jim Taylor and others were out of town, then Jim took over. What a help he was! He took lots of time helping us understand the path ahead.Jonathan Horn was our main contact and was constant in handling everything when my mother passed. He was encouraging, steady, compassionate, and anticipated all our questions. All the details on setting up the obituary and photos on line went perfectly. He followed up regularly to see how we were doing and giving us the status in final documents.We were touched also by receptionist Margaret’s care for our family during the viewing. We had a number of young children present who were quite restless and she took the initiative to gather then and give them each a quarter. She then took them to the fountain outside so they could throw the coins into the fountain. This was such an unexpected and helpful assist to us older children!All this to say that we have been most blessed by the pastoral, unhurried, perfect way Rader has taken of our family.”
