Daniel was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable during the process of securing the two storage units in which we had the winning bids. He went out of his way to assure we were able to keep loading and hauling away our items, even after hours. We had a question after hours when he was already off work and at home and he still helped us out. I will rest assured all is well when bidding on units at this facility. CK

I absolutely love FreeUp storage and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a storage unit. Besides the fact that the units are very reasonably priced, clean, and my belongings have always stayed safe and undamaged is the fact that the office/owners/customer service are beyond accomadating, kind, and helpful. I primarily decided to store here because they were close to my home, but I feel that if the time ever comes where I have to move, I will continue using this company!

No one is ever available for conversation about renting a unit on Gilmer Road when I call. I sent my daughter by to see if someone was available to rent us a building but she said when she got there there were smelly dogs on the property and she is allergic to dogs. I am glad she viewed the property it look different online put it needs to cleaned up and the dogs should not smell.

Renee is lovely, I’ve rented units with them a few times over the years and never met Renee until recently. But she is great. I rented a unit online that was too small and she helped me get transferred into a new one within 10 minutes of my arrival. Really sweet people, her husband (I think) came out and talked to us when we were there right at closing the other night and he was great too. Definitely recommend using FreeUp.
