I’m really upset about the service. All was good at first. I supposedly needed a serpentine belt and he said I needed a whole new ac compressor clutch. Paid $80 for diagnostic which I already told him before he came what half the issue was & $260 to put on the belt. It’s 7 hours later and new belt is off and car has over heated. Stranded as we speak until wrecker comes. $340 wasted in less than 24 hours & my kids are with me and I’m pregnant. Called the to let them know what happened and the tone of voice showed me everything. I’m so disappointed and regret the whole service.

Tbh . I don’t like mechanics anyways because how they are becoming but this is bs . Got my brakes done this Wednesday. I told the guy to go to a certain place and he didn’t listen did his own thing . So he told my mama that total will be 160$ Cool . Then when he got finished . He charged me 260. Mind you today is Saturday, my breaks have been YELLING AT ME, Wednesday. This what the man told me “ U can have ur mom call me cause I dnt do bad shit and how u trying to get it for free is not on my time” like I’m lying. Great business huh ?

I was on my way to FLA. and my car started smoking, I called these guys Mon. morning and they was there by 10:30. Replaced my radiator by 2:15 and at a reasonable price I was on my mary way to FLA. made it there with no additional problems. I highly recommend these guys. They we're very courteous and professional. Thank you Gonzales Mobile for getting me back on the road.

He went to my house and checked my car in was some thing wrong with my radiator fan so it had to be made direct in order for the fan on the car to work well the work wasn’t done . So I called and got a negative response . I had txt no response ,and no answer in calls so I asked for his google review and he got upset and txted me a negative response with these txted messages I’m about to post as well I will not recommend him cuz with business it’s supposed to be professional no personal relationship should have been Involving with Business.. and I paid for half the work so he took my $ too and didn’t return it .

As my husband and I were traveling from Georgia to Dallas we had issues with our truck. I found Gonzales Mobile Mechanic online and Xavier responded quickly and had us fixed pretty fast. He did a great job and is a very nice young man. I would recommend him anytime.

I would highly recommend Gonzales Mobile Mechanic for their prompt and efficient help late at night. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to fix our truck. The service was top-notch and I was very impressed with his excellent customer service. A definite 5-star experience.

This Mobil mechanic pulled up while I was waiting for AAA to tow my vehicle. I had just purchased a brand new fuel pump and had a shop install it for me. They installed it incorrectly and it left me stranded on the road. This mechanic knew how to fix the issue and showed me where the original mechanic messed up. Now, when I go to get it fixed in the morning I will know what to look for to see it is done correctly. The mechanic couldn't fix it, because the part that was supposed to be there wasn't there (original mechanics fault) and all the mechanic shops were closed. But, he did fix it to the point where I could drive it to the original mechanic to fix what he messed up. I got the business card and will use again in the future. Highly recommend if you need help on a budget.

Xavier called me right back on a Sunday evening about 8:00 p.m. and came within 20 minutes to help with my problem. I had no tools to get the bolts off of my trailer hitch to drop it lower after picking my son truck up after it broke down. The trailer made the ramps drag in the back after loading the truck. Xavier was able to get the bolts loosened and drop the hitch down with out having to take the tied down truck off the trailer. He was very profession and quick and got us back on out way (almost 200 miles). I highly recommend Gonzales Mobile Mechanic (Xavier). He even texted the next morning to make sure we made it safely home. GOD defiantly sent us an angel and we can’t thank Xavier enough for his help. Very reasonable rate also.
