I'm so happy with the fact that I called in one day to refill my script and the pharmacist refused my refill due to a error on my dosage on my medicine. It lead to me switching pharmacies and my oh my was it a blessing in disguise. Louis M was charging me $125 a week for my medication which mind you I have to pay for out of pocket. That's $500 a month I was paying...my new pharmacy charges me $45 for a 2 week supply....thats $90 a month for my medication as opposed to $500. Anyone that goes to louis M and doesn't have insurance i highly suggest you to shop around... and not get ripped off.

I had three prescription When I pulled up to the window the lady told me yes we have your prescriptions but 1 of them needs to be mixed it will be a 10 minute wait no problem so after I got my medicine she said thank you have a nice day after I signed for them By this time it was pouring down raining so I get home only to notice they only filled 1 out of three prescriptions so I called and asked why do I only have 1 of my medications I ordered The lady stated because we were still mixing one and the other one we are out of stock I Said well why did the lady let me drive off without telling me all this information total lack of communication so you can see why I'm so frustrated My son is sick now I have to search all over longview to find the prescription they are supposedly be out of and take my sick son back out in the rain to get his amoxicillion and wait for the other pharmacy to contact me when the other medicine is ready the girl at the window didn't even remember the last name I gave her for my child's medications they are always busy and I get it They need someone more professional with the proper training at the window because today was a bad experience for me

They always take care of all my needs, from meds to flu shots. Even when I am down they have delivery for my medication too. The bestest pharmacy around and even hometown friendly atmosphere

I went here because my doctor said I could get the most affordable price for my particular prescription here. I regret not going sooner. The store is very charming especially now during the holiday season. In addition to your regular pharmacy goods (OTC prescriptions and the like) it had cute little knick knacks for sale. Similar goods to a chain pharmacy but it had a more cozy and personable feeling. The staff was all nice and seemed happy. Longview is a sizable town and yet Louis Morgan manages to deliver a special type of charm you'd expect from a much smaller town

I didn't feel that I was treated well. I came in for a glucose monitor and noticed there was no control solution in my kit. When I asked about it the technician and the actual Pharmacist told me I didn't need it. I knew I did but they insisted I was wrong. I also asked for the thinnest lancet possible, and according to CVS they gave me the thickest. Gestational diabetes is a challenge in itself. I was very frustrated with having to go back and forth for something so vital in ensuring my baby is okay.
