If I could leave a zero star rating for our experience dealing with the service manager, Shay, I would! She is one of the rudest, condescending, lying managers I’ve ever dealt with. After having a vehicle for almost 3 months, we were told to come get it - they were done working with us. So we go to get the car and guess what - didn’t even speak to us. We’ve been as patient and understanding as possible under the circumstances but this woman is a nightmare to deal with.
DONT BUY FROM HERE - DONT BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE!!!!
PS - please don’t even think about replying to this comment with some BS response.

UPDATE : Shay - you’re not sorry and you don’t care. You made that VERY clear when you dismissed me while trying to talk to you at the dealership. I can only hope Mazda Corp finishes dealing with this situation and fires you from your position. Also, if you cared so much then explain why you’re telling my dad to come get the vehicle because you will no longer serve him. Don’t try to come on here and act like you care so much to the public.
The absolute WORST customer service service manager I have ever dealt with. They’ve had my dad’s vehicle for coming up on 3 months. They have no clue what the issue is, they don’t have a Mazda mechanic to work on it, don’t know how long it will take to get one or m be able to work on it, have offered no loaner or any additional options. In so many words the woman told me she has no solution, no timeframe, no help she can provide and doesn’t really care…we will get to it when we get to it. The manager is a piece of work and has an awful attitude to be in customer service yet alone a manager.
Thank god I don’t own a Mazda!! Never wanted one and damn sure don’t now

I highly recommend Gorman McCracken Mazda. I have been shopping for a new mid size SUV to replace my Honda Pilot. After much consideration and research, I chose to purchase a new 2024 Mazda CX-90. No regrets on my decision in a competitive space of vehicles. My salesman (Darby) was professional and knowledgeable. He was not too aggressive or pushy. He simply let his product sale itself. He treated me with courtesy and respect. I decided to move forward and negotiate a fair deal on my trade, financing, and new purchase. It was not confrontational or abrasive. Just business. In the end, I got a great vehicle and a fair deal at a local dealership. I value time as much as money. Darby kept the deal moving forward in a professional manner. I enjoyed the convenience of doing business locally. That was also of value to me with my busy schedule. If you’re looking for a great vehicle and professional experience, check out the Mazda line up at Gorman McCracken Mazda. I’m sure all their employees are well trained. However, I recommend asking for Darby for a great experience.

Unfortunately, this dealership is padding their Google reviews by preying on customers. A family member had a personal cell phone taken by a salesman who proceeded to rate himself 5 stars on Google on my family member's account. This is an unethical business practice and should not happen. Also, they did not even bother to help my relative set up the bluetooth phone connection with the newly purchased car. I am unhappy with the lack of professionalism here.

There’s one lady here at the service department that absolutely grinds my gears. People are already having a bad enough time because their cars are having issues. They shouldn’t have to deal with a rude/ snarky service representative. They should move her to where she doesn’t have to talk to customers. If I ran the place she damn sure wouldn’t last long.

We came here for a test drive and loved the Maxda CX-70 2025. Astin who was our sales rep is also very attentive to details and know his car very well. Me and my husband was convinced enough about the reliability and how smooth the feel of the car is so we decided to purchase it today! It just took us a few hours to get our brand new Mazda. Thank you guys for the hassle free transaction!

Go see Alec at Gorman McCracken VW/Mazda in Longview! We were in search of a car for my daughter & we visited there a couple of times looking. Even though it was 100 degrees outside Alec was patient and not pushy. Over the course of several weeks Alec would notify us if they got anything in that fit our criteria for what we were looking for ( which means he listened & did not try to sell us something that did not fit our criteria). We finally found the right one and Alec was very helpful and patient during the whole process & purchase.

After speaking to him without a doubt i knew he’s the guy we wanted to work with. These guys drove & delivered the car to us made the process extremely convenient & gave us what we asked for.
