Took my son to great clips in Longview and the people there were rude to us. Then asked if we had the back to school coupon and we told them it wouldn’t let us print it and the lady agreed there system was messed up because of the storm a day or to before then charged us full price of $18 instead of $9. And the lady didn’t even cut the top of my son’s hair she just buzzed the top with clippers and faded it in. It wasn’t what he asked for so we had to go somewhere else to get it finished. What a rip off!

This Great Clips is absolutely terrible. I would go to Great Clips all the time in my hometown, and I never had any problems. I've gone to this outlet in Longview three times now, and I have not once received a decent cut. Apparently, no one at this outlet knows how to cut hair. Pay more to go somewhere else.

I simply went in there and asked for a fade around the sides of my hair and an inch cut on top(just an inch), and she didn’t even cut an inch on my hair and the sides of my hair weren’t even faded evenly and I had to go to Supercuts! What’s even worse, is that whenever I went to Supercuts, one of the ladies said,“ I can’t believe they let you walk out like that”. Overall, I think you guys need to know what an inch is and y’all need to have someone that is capable enough to cut hair. Im never going back to this place again..

So I went in to get to get a haircut and the wait time didn't take long, so when one of the hair stylist called me I asked for 2 inches cut of on top and a 1 the side with a fade so get seated down and she starts on sides then when she was finished on the sides, instead of cutting the top of my hair with scissors, she uses the razor and before i get to say something she buzzed my hair. I paid 18 just for my hair to get buzzed! Just bad service and I'm never coming back here again or any other great clips

The stylist completely messed up my hair. I asked for choppy layers that framed my face and she gave me a mullet.
She kept blaming me for it, stated I asked for short layers. Kept being rude while the supervisor tried to fix it.
Apparently she got written up. It's going to be forever that it grows out.
They asked me to email and I did. They asked for a contact number so they could reach out. Nobody reached out.
To this day nobody has reached out. Im not sure why they asked us to email because nobody reaches out to anyone.

Poor experience. Will not be coming back. It's been hit or miss at this place honestly. Going to another place to have them fix what they did here.

Theresa gives a nice cut and listens however she wasn't there today. This other lady insisted taking me and swore she could do the cut in picture provided. It was a long shag..she gave my daughter a mullet.. I kept telling her do not cut a mullet I want a long layered shag. Super upset
