So recently due to travel was moved to Silver status from Diamond the last 3 years. Silver gets bottled water but the front desk said only Diamond gets free water. I showed her where Silver benefit does get a bottled water. She stated her owner changed the policy. Would not give me a free bottle of water. Will never stay at this location again. Will also ask my team to not stay at this location.
Also reading reviews now they will say they are sorry and will talk to the staff. Apologize for any inconvenience but will do absolutely nothing about it. Again I will not allow my team to use this location ever again.

Person doing breakfast sucks it’s a dude that doesn’t like his job he won’t refill milk for cereal didn’t put out any waffle mix and everything else was either not put out or he just didn’t feel like ordering the food supply and restocking for the week. If you want breakfast in the morning do not book this hotel as the owner/GM penny pinches and doesn’t care about the customers that pay.

Bed was uncomfy. Air conditioner has a motion sensor that turns off when no motion is detected during the night. Bathroom wallpaper was starting to bubble and had what looked like mold behind the toilet. The tv wasn’t plugged in. Wont be back. Honestly wish they would refund the whole stay.

The front desk said only Diamond guests get complementary water and we are Silver. We have stayed at hamptons from coast to coast, and Canada to the Gulf and this is only the second time we didn't get free water. How cheap and petty. Also the shower had very low pressure, bathroom door needs work, breakfast didn't open until 6:15 and the oatmeal wasn't ready. Digital key would not work on Hotel door on the side of Hotel. I gave it 3 stars because there wasn't a 2 1/2 star. DONT STAY HERE.

For this to be a fairly new hotel, you really couldn’t tell. The room was dirty they changed my room and the second room was HOT 🥵 it took forever to cool off the refrigerator in both rooms were dirty and anything that had chrome on it was rusted the towels were dingy, and some looked new the tub was dirty it was horrible. My wife tried speaking with the manager he at like he didn’t care didn’t even want to provide any accommodations for the inconvenience nor an apology.

I just completed a one-week stay at this Hampton Inn, and unfortunately, my experience was mostly negative.
First, cleanliness was an issue — multiple towels had brown stains, which is unacceptable. Housekeeping also failed to make the bed daily, despite the hotel’s stated policy.
Several lights in my room flickered nonstop, making the space uncomfortable to relax in, especially at night. The hallways were extremely hot throughout my stay, which added to the discomfort.
There was also an awkward interaction at the front desk when I asked for change for the washing machines — the staff member thought I was tipping him, which made things unnecessarily uncomfortable.
Overall, this location fell well below the Hampton Inn standards I’m used to. I would not recommend staying here unless they address these basic service and maintenance issues.

Check in staff was wonderful however they close breakfast at 9 AM but remove items as early as 8:40 AM. They know the ice machine does not work. They know their phone system is broken and the Internet did not work and toilet was dripping. It’s not our job to fix their problems.
Otherwise, property is clean and quiet. Just expect to be a handyman for the day..
For what Hilton charges this is simply unacceptable
Front desk staff said no management available so I have no idea if they’re going to do anything to make this one right

Good location. I'm a little tired of telling Hilton to fix bathtub drains.... Yet again... Overall, good. Shout out to Jalain!

I called and reserved a room. When I arrived they had no record of my reservation and no rooms. The lady working the front desk seemed to have no idea of how to do her job.

Front desk staff on night of 4/7 was phenomenal. She was so kind and helpful. Incredible professional at customer service. Had a great stay here with our pup. Very clean and beautiful layout. Great ice cream downtown at Wild Honey.

Good working fridge and microwave.Shampoo, shower gel and lotion available in plentiful supply.Shower head and toilet are nicely upgraded. Bed comfortable. The occupants allow doors to slam, so bring ear plugs. But that’s in all motels.Gayla, the manager, is one of a kind! She makes you feel welcome ands at home.LOTS of places to charge via USB-A and 120v plug ins.Rooms: Modern and nice. Clean

The hotel is located right next door to a Cracker Barrel and isn't far from other restaurants. There is also a Walmart close by. The driveway is a bit tricky to see at first since there is some mild construction going on. It's also conveniently located next to I-20.The room was clean and updated. A/C was great. The shower pressure was nice. The bed was pretty comfortable. The only issue was with the toilet's flushing power being too low, I think, but it was mainly just a mild inconvenience.Front desk staff were absolutely phenomenal. They were kind, courteous, and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast staff noticed I was struggling with my 3 year old and offered to grab me something since I was too focused on her to really get anything for myself. That small act of kindness really made my day.Rooms: Our room had a king size bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and television with cable. There was also only a shower in the bathroom and no tub. Mirror lighting was fantastic in the bathroom for makeup. Plenty of lighting options throughout the room. The A/C had a digital thermostat. The desk lamp had a wireless charger. Plenty of places to plug in electronics. The windows had both privacy and black out curtains.
