We purchased furniture from Havertys and Andy was our salesperson. From the moment I walked in the door he was very attentive and made sure to answer every single question that I had. He was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. And after our furniture was delivered I changed my mind and wanted something different and no problem whatsoever they came and got the furniture and replaced it with another choice. The delivery guys were very professional and stayed and made sure everything was set up properly. We did some shopping around and we know that we made the right choice because it is well made quality furniture and will last for years to come.

I and my wife bought a leather recliner furnitures set with a table and cost us $7000. It was delivered on 08/12/25 and we canceled the oder on 08/14/25 due to dissatisfaction of color. Scheduled for a pick up on 8/26/25. We took a day off from work to wait on them and they called at 4:41pm to let us know they can’t come and pick it up and want to reschedule for another day. They think we can just take off work anytime and any day we want to wait on them. So we went to haverty store and talked to the store manager and she made some calls and reassured us that they will be at our home 7:30ish to pick it up. At 7:33pm they called again and told us that there was an accident so they couldn’t fulfill the pick up. Basically they are very nice and helpful when they’re selling you stuff but when it time to return the merchandise, they’re making it very hard to return. Bunch of excuses and liars. Can’t do business with liars.

The employees at Haverty seem like they’re my second family. Each and everyone is very personable and professional. I love to go in there look around, talk to them, and laugh! There’s not a better group of sales people and staff than there is at Havertys!

Just purchased new furniture and I can report that I had a very good experience. The employees were very helpful and patient. Helped us find exactly what we were looking for. They will offer it but are not pushy on selling a protection plan or delivery. Their furniture is made in the USA and there is no particle board used. Because I shopped around I found the best prices for better quality furniture. I recommend giving them a look!
