Outstanding Recall Service Professional, Fast, and Friendly
I brought my 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander to Longview Autoplex for a recall and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Carrie Warner, my service advisor, kept me informed at every step clear timelines, no surprises, and genuine care. Chuck Anderson, the technician, handled the repair quickly and thoroughly; the vehicle feels great and was returned clean and on time. Professional, efficient, and customer-focused this is exactly how service should be. Five stars all the way!!!

Have had bad experiences at their 3 sister locations. Latest one was at this Longview location. I bought a car almost 2 months ago and have been waiting for a form from them and it appears they are trying run a scam with the IRS. Beware if you’re buying an EV from them. I have reached out about 3-4 times a week for the past 45+ days and so far have been getting the run around. I’m giving them until tomorrow Friday 8/8 to reach out or I’m going to have to let my attorney get involved and notify the IRS. Please be careful if you’re buying a used EV from them.

I drove to the dealership to get my old vehicle looked at and that's all I had planned to do. While I was there, I got a great deal on a new Mitsubishi. By far the best service I've had at any dealership. When I pay this vehicle off or get close to it, I'm definitely going back to them for a new one. They treat you right and like a part of the family!
