THEY LOCKED ME IN THEIR STORE
Drive to Tyler if you need to go to Hollister!!! They’re insanely better!!!! 🫶

I went inside the mall at around 5:30, not knowing they closed at 6:00. I parked outside of Dillards, and went to Hollister. I had no idea they closed at 6:00. As I was checking out, one of the cashiers went behind my back and locked me inside of the store. I was forced to unlock the door by myself, several heavy bolts. No one helped or said anything at all. I spent almost $500 just to be locked inside of the store. Then I realized the entire mall had closed, with no announcement being made. I had to find an exit, and then walked around the entire building in 90 degree heat to get to my car. I called the general manager and she told me I should have known the mall closed at 6:00 because it “always has, for years and years and years.” So unless you live in Longview and know the closing times, you’re subjected to being a hostage and then melting into a puddle trying to find your car. I called Hollister, and they refused to take my name or number, saying every manager was on vacation. I called corporate, and only then did I talk to anyone decent or helpful.

I love this place! Great atmosphere, it smells good inside, I love the ambiance, and clothes are great I picked up some really nice clothes and I love them! I’ll be coming here more often.

This place is great. My granddaughter left her bag in the dressing room and when I called I talked to Zack. He put it away for me and we picked it up the next day.
