“Stayed overnight at this Best Western. It is located on a commercial highway but is set back from traffic. The hotel is surrounded by services and restaurants. The hotel provides adequate parking for the busy night we stayed there.

We were greeted by Jeff, I believe his name is, the daytime front desk clerk. He was very personable and professional. He made us feel very welcomed. The night clerk, an older gentleman was very friendly as well.

The rooms are quite clean and the beds are comfy. There are no suites in this hotel and no sofabeds. The rooms are on the smaller size. We chose this hotel because they had the best reviews in the Longview area. They lived up to their reputation. All in all, a great value and very nice stay!”

“I enjoyed a restful and comfortable 5 days at this hotel, the staff was welcoming and helpful when needed. The room was quiet even though the hotel was mostly filled with a group over the weekend for a large family reunion. It is located in a walkable area for food, drink, and shopping. There was easy access to roads, highways and activities in the city. The room was well appointed with a lot of amenities for travelers and very clean. It was the best hotel I have stayed in over the past two years travelling in the US.”

“Victoria at the front seat at checkout was so sweet and cheerful early in the morning it brightened my spirits. She was so kind as to help me with getting a bandaid after I scratched myself.”

“Tru is helping the Hilton Brand. A lot of their older chains are not aging well. Tru is new enough it is crisp, clean, and modern.

Room AC worked well. Everything was clean. Water pressure was low but doable.

The lady checking people in during the evening had a bad attitude. She was very short and impatient. Seemed disinterested. The balance of the staff was welcoming and great.

Overall, good stay. Location is in the middle of a commercial area so plenty of food and nearby stores. TIP: Stay on the backside of the hotel. The front side is on a highway and you will hear traffic all night.”

“My room was clean, well appointed and had plenty of space. Service was attentive and prompt if I needed anything, front desk clerks were friendly. The property is minutes away from several restaurants and grocery stores. If I have to go to Longview ever again I'll be staying there.”

I never thought much of Motel 6s—until I found this one! While searching for a place with a full kitchen, I was surprised to learn some locations actually offer that. I called to confirm, and not only was the staff super helpful, but I ended up booking through November with a great discount that stayed under budget. The front desk team is fantastic—customer service here truly goes above and beyond. Definitely a hidden gem worth checking out.”

“I have stayed at the Super 8 in Longview, TX, several times in the past year and would highly recommend you staying here when you visit Longview. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The property is well maintained. You are close to fast-food restaurants, a grocery store, and a convenience store. The General Manager, Priti, is very courteous and very hospitable. She provides excellent customer service and takes pride in her hotel. When in Longview, TX, stay at Super 8.

Rooms: The rooms gere at Super 8 are very clean and spacious.

Safety: During my last stay i observed the Longview Police Department driving through the property. At the time, no one was outside and the property was quiet.

“After a horrible experience at motel 6 down the road we came here, and thank God we did!! Extremely adorable and quiet!!The building and parking lot are beautiful the staff was extremely friendly, their rooms are awesome all your amenities are in them, The beds are super comfy there were two beds and each one had like three pillows and the sheets were actually clean there was soap and lotion and shampoo and everything you would need, a refrigerator a microwave and a coffee pot and iron board an iron hangers ect!the pool is great and just really really enjoyed our stay here, We were visiting our daughter and grandkids and they got to come over and swim and there's dining on site, what a great vacation,pretty awesome, you really made us feel like we were at home,thanks guys, from Arizona!!”

“Very clean, packed to bursting for Marco hurricane and people were all super friendly and helpful. Vending machines, extra garbage cans they tried to be wonderful with overwhelming circumstances.”

“Miss Gladys you are right and I appreciate that I've always given them a five-star but I told the maintenance guy to unplug the bathtub it's been 2 weeks and it gets kind of frustrating you know what I'm saying but yes I'm very thankful for being able to have a roof over my head but it doesn't matter if it's a high price place or a low budget place but when I explain to the maintenance guy that the bathtub is needs to be unplugged and he tells me he's going to fix it it's been two weeks ago that I've asked him to fix it's about being honest and a man's word come on if a man pays a week of advance every time he should get treated good I've never been late on my rent and I pay a week's advance every time if the customer don't say nothing things don't get fixed and that's how things stay low budgeted but if the customer start saying something about it they can probably up the fees alittle bit and fix the building up but no they won't do that because they want to stay low down come on people let's come up I don't always whoop but when I do there it is”

“Don’t let the outside fool you!! Terribly trashed on the outside from them redoing the rooms but the room I stayed in was good. Needs some new furniture and didn’t have wash cloths, hand towels and the bathtub needs to be redone, needs new coffee maker although I have a travel one I carry with me not everyone does…but the bed was Super clean and comfortable!! Pillow top mattress like mine at home and absolutely no signs of insects. Flooring redone, new paint from top to bottom. The staff was Super Nice and certainly took care of my needs. Best night of sleep I’ve had away from home in many, many years. I’ll be going back when I return to Longview which has been a lot the past few years.”

“Arrived around midnight front desk clerk was very courteous.Check in was swift and the rate was great!! Room was clean with updated bathroom.Only down fall was no microwave or coffeepot in room.Will definately stay there again. :-)”
