“I got into Longview really late and checked in at about 1am… Latoya at checkin was nothing short of phenomenal. She gave such professional , prompt , quality service even with me dragging in at 1AM.
The room was super clean notably the carpet.. as someone who spends a lot of time in hotels..
As I told Toya, I’m a Hilton Diamond member as that is my preferred brand.. but she represented Marriott so well.. I will be back!! Thanks again!!”
“It was my 1st stay, it was nice clean and pleasant. You can hear the highway really good unfortunately, but the location is top tier. The hotel shares access to the Walmart entrance. Not to mention all the good eats are really close in proximity.”
“They're pretty clean rooms very comfortable beds the staff is awesome the first room we got didn't have a working refrigerator so they moved us to one with a working fridge they're very friendly and the location is perfect it's not on the main drag so you're not be held up by traffic as much but it's still within a couple of miles of everything.”

“Just moved to Longview and circumstances forced me to hole up for a week before I could move into my place. I picked this Motel 6 and was pleasantly surprised by their service. The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping checked daily to see if I needed anything. Great budget option and I recommend them over the other motels in the area. Shout out to Miss April and her team for taking care of me.”
“Beds are brand new with new sheets. The in-room lounge chairs are a little dated. Floors are good quality, bathroom is clean and updated. Plenty of lighting and TV has a decent amount of channels. Coffee pot, fridge and microwave seem to be in new condition. Overall a good inexpensive stay!!”
“The old motel 6 is now the Contessa and have huge kitchens, Queen King size fluffy beds and pillows, full size refrigerators, great parking and privacy. The staff is very good and don't try to get in your business.”
“After a horrible experience at motel 6 down the road we came here, and thank God we did!! Extremely adorable and quiet!!The building and parking lot are beautiful the staff was extremely friendly, their rooms are awesome all your amenities are in them, The beds are super comfy there were two beds and each one had like three pillows and the sheets were actually clean there was soap and lotion and shampoo and everything you would need, a refrigerator a microwave and a coffee pot and iron board an iron hangers ect!the pool is great and just really really enjoyed our stay here, We were visiting our daughter and grandkids and they got to come over and swim and there's dining on site, what a great vacation,pretty awesome, you really made us feel like we were at home,thanks guys, from Arizona!!”
“Miss Gladys you are right and I appreciate that I've always given them a five-star but I told the maintenance guy to unplug the bathtub it's been 2 weeks and it gets kind of frustrating you know what I'm saying but yes I'm very thankful for being able to have a roof over my head but it doesn't matter if it's a high price place or a low budget place but when I explain to the maintenance guy that the bathtub is needs to be unplugged and he tells me he's going to fix it it's been two weeks ago that I've asked him to fix it's about being honest and a man's word come on if a man pays a week of advance every time he should get treated good I've never been late on my rent and I pay a week's advance every time if the customer don't say nothing things don't get fixed and that's how things stay low budgeted but if the customer start saying something about it they can probably up the fees alittle bit and fix the building up but no they won't do that because they want to stay low down come on people let's come up I don't always whoop but when I do there it is”
“Don’t let the outside fool you!! Terribly trashed on the outside from them redoing the rooms but the room I stayed in was good. Needs some new furniture and didn’t have wash cloths, hand towels and the bathtub needs to be redone, needs new coffee maker although I have a travel one I carry with me not everyone does…but the bed was Super clean and comfortable!! Pillow top mattress like mine at home and absolutely no signs of insects. Flooring redone, new paint from top to bottom. The staff was Super Nice and certainly took care of my needs. Best night of sleep I’ve had away from home in many, many years. I’ll be going back when I return to Longview which has been a lot the past few years.”

“We have stayed here 3 times in 4 weeks. Ice machine broken on 2nd floor. Still not repaired. Must use 1st floor ice machine. Other guests spill in elevator. Staff is very quick to clean up. Air conditioner in some rooms not working and had to change rooms. Overall staff is wonderful and rooms very clean. Room price under $100. Very close to hospital and quiet neighborhood. Many restaurants close by.”
