Upon MoveOut , I was double charged a prorated fee. I asked for Corporate phone number , the agent stated he didn’t have that number. I advised I will be disputing my charge with my bank . He freely said go ahead . Will not be renting again from Longview Facility.

James was great and professional to deal with! The facility was better than expectations, compared to the other options I looked at! The onsite access is convenient and the climate controlled units are super for the price!
