I got repoed because I didn't pay my loan in time. Well I went to pick it up 4 days later. They lost one of my license plates. And when I stop at the gas station down the road I tryed to roll my window up an it won't roll up.... My window was perfectly fine before the tow truck picked it up.. my truck was also covered in so much sand you can barley tell it's red. Get your car out as fast as possible if it goes here. It's ridiculous how they lost my license plates. So I had to drive home with one plate and with my window stuck down 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I don't recommend these guys. Left my guy outside in the cold. Refused to help because it was time to go home. He had to go to the hospital he had a severe norovirus. All they had to do was help change a tire with folk lift because the vehicle had no spare not a good company. He was told there was nothing they could have done because it was quitting time. Talk about customer service.

They have my stolen vehicle and refused to give it back. Idk why they think it's right to take peoples vehicles that are STOLEN but it's shady and wrong. Why do I have to bid on an auction on MY STOLEN VEHICLE? On top of it when my ex called to get it back they were incredibly rude and disgusting about it.
