No questions asked. They checked my previous purchase date, rebated my old battery and changed it out my old battery in the pouring rain. Can’t bet that for service. Yes, I will definitely go back and recommend them to my friends!

did not stand behind warranty and give me bullshit over battery ive done business with them for years but new guy said new people so guess that tells me that will screw u over my battery warranty said 30 months free replacement not true at all so i better go somewhere else to buy good batteries cause they dont here for dam sure

WARNING! I am SO DISAPPOINTED!! I have used this business for decades and referred my friends and family. Yesterday I had a simple purchase of batteries for my car key fobs. Over the years this has been my GOTO center. The young man who helped me was very kind and took my keys and returned in a matter of minutes with batteries installed ready to go. But when he went to ring up my sale another young man informs him to charge me for 2 “install fees”!! Those two simple batteries cost me $34 with no notice that I would be charged for service. I could have installed them myself! And I would have if I’d been told that the 5 minutes it took would cost me almost $14 each. Sorry Interstate, do better! Won’t be back.

I went in to the Longview store knowing I was about to purchase a new battery for my truck. I was preparing to pay after the new one was installed when the friendly employee told me I owed nothing bc the old one was still under warranty! That was a blessing!
