I have always had the best experience at Ivan Smith furniture! They have a wide variety of quality furniture and their staff go out of their way to help you find the right choice for your needs. The movers for delivery communicated well and were courteous and prompt. The staff and managers were so helpful and ensured I was totally satisfied with my purchases. Thank you all!

I must admit all the sales people that work for Ivan Smith are compassionate, caring, and professional however, most companies don’t recognize it, but I have to recognize the people who deliver the furniture Austin and his team are outstanding. They are careful entering your home. They take care of things when they come in, they even make sure that you’re pleased with the way they have set up everything and for that I thank Ivan Smith. Also, I think it’s important that Ivan Smith knows that the only veterans that can have a logo on their ID card is one at 70% and higher all that has done 20 years plus in the military those below 60% cannot receive the logo on their ID

Kitsy was a huge help when buying furniture for our new home! We went in thinking it would take two hours or so by ourselves looking and picking but Kitsy helped us with everything in less than half the time, understood the style we were going for and kept us within budget. 10/10 recommend!

I purchased a bed and a couch from Ivan Smith in Longview a few weeks ago. When my bed was delivered the guys damaged my brand new front door leaving scratches on it. About a week after that, my couch was delivered. The delivery guys were in a very bad mood and damaged my entryway light switch, and ruined/damaged my freshly painted entry way as well. They were not apologetic at all, they took note of it and just said the store will pay for repairs. I then had to go back to the store and fill out a form in order to get compensation for the damage. I was told I would get a check the following week. It is almost a month later and I have yet to receive either an apology or a check from anyone at Ivan Smith. I love the furniture but their customer service in my experience is very unprofessional and lacks empathy towards their customers. I feel very disappointed and disrespected by them. I am currently still waiting for them to reach out to me concerning this matter.

I just walked around your Longview location for a good bit. I guess I didn't look like I had an endless budget for an entire house full of furniture because not one single person acknowledged me being in there. Even as I was very close to them. What a shame! I have bought from this location since my kids were little. Guess I will give my business to a store that doesn't ignore customers.

Joe is the BEST sales representative. He gives you time to look around and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him to my friends, and family. He was also very patient because I wasn't sure what I wanted. You just need to say you need HELP. Thank you Joe for your kindness and patience!!!!!
