I used their service before, in a different location. I was satisfied in the past. However, my agent this time seemed unable to do the job. My simple W2 return took over 2 hours to process. She never once asked me a question that might lead to a better return, but she put me on the phone with her supervisor when I rejected the offer to pay for additional services. Not at all interested in helping the customer, but absolutely interested in increasing their own profit. I paid $180 for very poor service. A total disappointment 😞
