Jackson Hewitt staff were friendly & knowledgeable. I was missing a document , but no worries. Lakeshia sent me a secure link and I was able to easily upload the needed document from my email. The entire process only took about 30 minutes in total. I will continue to use Jackson Hewitt for all my tax filing needs. Keep up the great work!

I had a simple but unusual return that they were unable to fathom. I am a retired financial advisor and needed to have other income disclosed on the return as retirement income. They insisted I needed to have a schedule c which would of course cost more, I am not in business so I don't need a schedule c. Unless you have a very simple return don't go there.

Mr.Fuller did a great job on our return. We expected a lot of bumps in the road but he was very focused and paid close attention to every form saving us time and money in the long run. We will be back to file with him again next year!

It did not start out great, but after ultimately ending up with Jeanetta, I couldn’t be more pleased. She is extremely knowledgable and helpful. I had reservations about going to a “big box” tax preparation service after using a private accountant for years, but after working with Jeanetta, I can say definitively that she is as capable and competent at tax preparation (regardless of your individual tax circumstance) as any accountant I’ve ever met. Highly recommend her (and consequently) Jackson Hewitt!
