Ms.Krissy was/is amazing I want to start with that. I came with my grandmother to get her taxes done and she was awesome. What wasn’t awesome is the system is slow and outdated. The website you have to book with allowed us to double book twice! Which is Super frustrating, especially because we were on a time crunch and scheduled our day around these appointments. Now I will say Krissy was the second person we worked with. The first one was dry and didn’t know I also worked for a tax company so I knew he could do more to assist.
