Hair salon is a no. I can't comment on all employees, but the one who did mine messed me up. Several days I am still having on and off blinding head pain. She brushed my hair wet, without even holding it. You cannot brush wet hair. My hair is very long and thick, now I am also dealing with flyaway from breakage. I noticed clumps of my hair on the floor, where it had blown together during the foiling process, whole thing being about 6hrs. At one point I was getting physically sick from the pain. I've also never had my hair cut dry, she waited until it was blow dried to cut. I've never had an experience like this in a salon, and will never allow someone to do my hair again unless we have a discussion first. I guess I assumed she was licensed so she knows what she is doing. She even combed my eyeballs twice! Yes eyeballs. Had my hair brushed forward during the cut. I've noticed since I had it done (sat,this is wed), that my hair is breaking very easily, which is not normal. Oh, and the cut is not even. Whats worse, she seemed to get annoyed with me when she would notice my face wincing in the mirrors. I would give anything to go back and have went to someone else, I had a place picked out in Tyler called hair barn, but my mother decided she wanted to go to Longview (we were out and about together). Traumatized., and still having random flashbacks, especially about the teeth of a comb rolling over my eyes I quickly shut.

So I bought a perfume from them about couple of months ago and now decide to expose them. The perfume was on some discount and it was a good brand name perfume. The perfume did not smell the way it was supposed to be. May it was a fake one or very old stock one. It wasn’t smelling fresh and it took me 10 seconds to sense the smell and that too was not so strong as it should be. It was a gift I bought for someone and then had to face embarrassment in front of them. Never going back.

I was enticed with a JCPenney credit card at this location. Used the card one time and paid off the balance and cut off the card. (They hate it when you do that) So Synchrony bank (which has horrible reviews by the way) decided after I paid the full balance listed, that I still owed them $9.29 that I wasn’t even aware of. (Because my balance was paid and card cut off) Now, they have lowered my credit score by 41 points behind this $9.29 they came up with after the fact. Might want to reconsider which bank you do business with because I will never step foot in another JC Penney again. Absolutely ridiculous way to treat “valuable” customers.
