I have lost all faith in Joe Hudson’s Collision Repair Shop . I dropped my car off on March 13, 2025. I was told if I left it there parts could be ordered immediately. I let Mason know I had no other means of transportation and he assured me I’d get it back before the next weekend. I received a text message saying it would be ready the following Friday. Great , I thought . Just as promised . I went up there and paid my $1000 deductible only to find out my car would not as promised be ready . Now it’s Monday the 24th and I’m told they are still waiting on a hood ! Seriously ?!!! I’ve only ever used Caliber Collision and I’ve never had these problems with them . I tried Joe Hudson’s at my insurance’s behest and I’m not impressed . Now there is no telling when I will get my only means of transportation back . I will post again when I finally get my car and let you know how long it actually took and if there were any problems with that as well .

Nice clean office and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great communication process on repair updates. However quality control needs to be improved immensely. My vehicle had to be returned for 4 repair issues as well as 2 cleaning issues. More time spent now going back and waiting.

Recently had to have some repairs made on our sequoia after being re-ended. The craftsman ship is excellent. Far better than we've seen coming from other body shops. Definitely recommend this place for repairs.

I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. I've had two vehicles repaired here and they have kept me updated the whole way through the process and had my vehicle ready ahead of schedule. This place does a great job!

The staff were friendly and efficient. They began scheduling my repairs the same day I called, served as a liaison between myself, the third party vendor, insurance, and enterprise, and helped me transfer over my work supplies from the rental to my vehicle at final exchange.

Mason was awesome! He kept me informed about the process with my car. Everyone I spoke to was nice, patient, and made the process easier to understand. They got a lot of work done in a quick time, even when my car was being boujee 😅 Thank y'all for taking care of me and my car!

Checking my car in and checking my car out was simple. All of the people I dealt with were very polite. I was told one to two weeks and it was 10 days. My car was returned cleaner than I had seen it in years.
