I absolutely love this place! Diana is such a wonderful person, who knows what she is talking about when it comes to cars. On the other hand, the rest of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend the place.

It was are frist time at pickers in Longview Texas and the way they have the yard set up it's easy to find the vehicle that you need to get your parts and the prices are far and the staff are very helpful and friendly and if i had someone come to me and ask where they could get good used car parts I would send them to pickers

The BEST u-pull it place that I have EVER been too. From the moment I called, arrived Beth was amazing. She helped me figure out soo much while answering phones. Very patient and sweetI was there literally there trying figure out what & how alone. The staff saw I had been on the yard they IMMEDIATELY jumped in to help. DIANE the store manager OMG, she is outstanding, compassionate & works so hard, she saw that I got what I needed & then some for my vehicle. John & his guys I’ve never been so grateful given it was soo hot they went out of their way as well. She is a true leader & her staff showed they have compassion working for her more like family! This is where you need to go for all of your auto part needs! The compassion the work ethic within this facility I cannnot brag enough! Thank you all so much for all of your help I truly needed it.

I was just in there and they have one of the laziest workers. one is running around while the other is chatting about a new pool and smoking outside. this isn't the first time this girl has been doing nothing while everyone is working. she always wears a t-shirt.just stands there listening to the phone ring.the other girls are helpful and make the experience better

Two stars because there rules are dumb and you have to be 18 just to look which is dumb if your bringing your 16 year old for a project car or parts. But the building and staff are great while the place being very neat and tiddy.

zero if I could. there's a little girl running around the lobby screaming. apparently someone brought their kid to work. the little girl was even asking for money at the window. I didn't come to a daycare. the girl helping said the one that brought her was in a meeting.

Husband went to get parts for my car today. He was charged a warranty on every single part (bumper, bumper reinforcement, bracket & grill). Total of $23+. Only way to get that waved as they are not mechanical parts is to decline it when “asked” about it. Problem was he was never asked about it. Also charged a “core charge” for a bumper. Could have saved almost $30 if the girl who checked him out had done her job correctly and actually INFORMED the customer. We don’t need warranties on NON MECHANICAL parts. It’s an hour drive from where we live to this location and saving the $30 would of been nice. Of course they can’t refund the warranty either has to be done at time of purchase. RIP OFF!

Went and found a center cap for a 09 ranger they had it paid for it popped it on in the parking lot of my dad truck part was cheap go check um out if you need it they got it chances are to get that ride of yours or project rusting in the yard back out cruisin main roads again or to resale for someone buy and drive and enjoy just like you did go see um in Longview

I went to Pickers to find a few things for my car and found everything I needed and then some. The ladies were very helpful and nice not only that Pickers has a 75 dollar special they run called carry out what ever you can carry in your hand. Be patient with yourself cause it's time-consuming but you will find what you.
