Thanks journeys, my daughter wore sneakers about 5 times, store wouldn't do anything do anything to replace her sneakers, Walmart sneaker would've lasted longer. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves.

I left so upset. I walked in, i wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. Then when i finally got someone to help me, it was the lady with a short haircut, im not sure her name.. she was super rude! i will not be back.

I love Journeys, but today there were 7 works 4 young men and 3 young ladies, the ladies had really bad attitudes, and talked about everyone that came in. In retail customer service is key. If you look unapproachable and uninviting people wouldn't want to spend there monet there. Just a FYI. Still good price!!

So happy with this store. After a bad experience at zumiez I showed up here right at closing time. I needed some high top shoes to wear at the skatepark and the guy here was willing to stay late and make sure I got some. I will buy my shoes here from now on.

Been shopping here since JKz came in and formerly worked at the other journeys in the mall. This store never has anything in ANY size, you ask to order and they tell you you can’t get it online either when you ask if it can be ordered. Also, the pricing is never correct. Now, unless this store is ran wildly different than the main Journeys in this mall. The store is not being ran correctly. Also, today we asked for all the size 1 and 2 shoes they had to be pulled and an extremely kind girl named Kaylinn initially helped us.. however another person came out extremely rudely and said “we ain’t got none these in those sizes. We got these.” And proceeded to chunk them on the ground. So we decided to leave. Won’t be back.
